1. Free Same-Day Shipping
We offer free same-day shipping on all orders, with the following conditions:
Order Processing Time: Same-day shipping is available for orders where payment is confirmed before 12 noon (local time) on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). If payment is confirmed after 12 noon, the order will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Payment Method Impact: The time it takes for an order to be confirmed varies depending on the payment method used at checkout. Payments made with bank cards, such as credit or debit cards, typically confirm more quickly. Other methods, such as bank transfers or delayed payment systems, may take longer, potentially delaying the processing and shipping of your order.
Same-Day Shipping vs. Same-Day Delivery: Please note that same-day shipping means your order is shipped on the same day the payment is confirmed, but it does not guarantee same-day delivery. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the carrier’s delivery schedule.
Business Days: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options for our customers:
Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders with a minimum purchase of $45. Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days from the date of shipment.
Free Expedited Shipping: Available on all orders over $350. Expedited shipping generally delivers within 1-3 business days from the date of shipment.
For orders below these thresholds, shipping rates and delivery options will be provided during checkout.
Note that while we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen events such as weather conditions or carrier delays may impact these estimates.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the real-time status of your order. 4. Delivery Issues
We strive to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. However, delivery delays may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, postal disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of such issues:

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand our shipping options in the near future.
